This page explains how FBMarket order delivery works, what the replacement warranty covers, and which payment methods are available.
Invalid account replacement
Every account is checked for validity at the moment of delivery. If a delivered account does not work (wrong password, cookies fail to restore the session, invalid token) — we replace it free of charge.
To request a replacement, contact support within 24 hours of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue. If no replacement is available, we refund via the same payment method.
The warranty covers technical invalidity at the moment of delivery. The account lifespan afterwards depends on usage conditions: proxies, fingerprint, activity load.
How delivery works
Delivery is automatic and instant: credentials arrive right after payment confirmation — to your account area on the site and to the Telegram bot.
Formats: login:pass + cookies (JSON); some items also include an EAAB token and the device User-Agent. The exact format is stated on the product card.
Purchased data can be re-downloaded at any time: in your account area on the site or in the Telegram bot by order number.
Payment methods
- USDT on TRC20, BEP20 and ERC20 networks — credited after network confirmation.
- CryptoBot — pay with crypto inside Telegram in a couple of clicks.
- SBP — ruble payments from any Russian bank.
- Internal balance — top up once and buy without waiting for transactions.
